会見に出席した那須川と白鳥（左）

立ち技打撃格闘技イベント「ＲＩＳＥ　ＷＯＲＬＤ　ＳＥＲＩＥＳ　２０１９」の一夜明け会見が１７日、都内のホテルで行われ、５８キロ級トーナメントを制した“キック界の神童”こと那須川天心（２１）が出席した。

カウンター狙いの志朗（２６）に対し、ジリジリと圧力をかけ続けて判定勝ちした決勝戦を振り返り「志朗選手が対策を練っていて思うような試合はできなかったが、判定でもしっかり勝てたのがうれしい。ジャイアントキリングが多くなっていたが、自分はそういうことはさせないぞって思っていました」と笑みを見せた。利き手の左手には包帯が巻かれており「２～３週間前から練習で痛めてしまっていて。気合で何とかなるかと思ったけどダメでしたね」と告白。これから医師の診断を受けるとして「しばらく３か月くらい休んで。でも、手をケガしてもできる練習はあるので」と話した。

また試合後、リング上からＫ―１のエース・武尊との対戦を送るメッセージを送ったことについて「何度か交渉はしてるんです。でも独占で…っていうのは無理。ありえないので。だったら他の方法を考えるしかない」。那須川の発言を受け、武尊も自身のツイッターで「オファー出せるならとっくにお互い出してるでしょ。色々言いたいことあるけど今はその為に自分が信じることを全力でやるだけ。絶対実現させるから待ってて。まずは１１月２４日絶対勝つ」と応じているだけに「武尊選手もＳＮＳで発信している。だったら、そっちの団体と決着をつけて、オファーしてくださいってことです」とした。

また、６１キロ級トーナメントを制した白鳥大珠（２３）も出席。決勝で格上とみられていた梅野源治（３０）に見事なＫＯ勝ちを収めた白鳥は「正直、まだ実感がないんです。この半年で本当に成長させてもらったと思ってます。今はとにかく、おいしいものが食べたい。デミグラスソースのオムライスが食べたいです」と話し、場をほっこりさせていた。
